As a vietnam vet. I was young full of hate , anger,had a chip on my shoulder,full of strife, had a filthy mouth on me and thought it was my God given right to give my opinion whether you wanted it or not.
The answer is not in name calling that only drives people farther away, But could it be God is the answer. LOVE (Gods LOVE in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful;it takes no account of the evil done to it ( it pays no attention to a suffered wrong)
.Gen: 6-13 And God said to Noah, The end of all flesh has come before me;for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold I will destroy them with the earth.
America are we doing the same thing with all the name calling and hatred? Since Jesus Christ came into my life I have learned to pay no attention to a suffered wrong, (vengeance is mine saith the lord I will repay)
The one command Jesus gave us was to love our neighbor as our self. If I love you I won't talk bad about you , i won't steal from you,I won't lie about you,. America are we on the wrong road the one that leadeth to destruction?
